An edition is an artwork that is produced in an identical way more than once; a 'limited edition' artwork is one of a series that was produced in this way a set number of times. Edition of a work is always stamped or printed on the Artwork, e.g. edition 15/20 means that there are 20 identical works and your Artwork is number 15 of them.

What is a print?
A print is a work of art that is created by an artist and then printed by a professional artisan printer under direct supervision of the artist. All of our prints are limited edition prints.
Can I choose the frame for graphic work or print?
All graphic works and prints can be ordered framed or unframed. The frames that are offered for purchase on our website are selected in accordance with the author's vision. If you want to choose an individual design, then you should order a work without a frame.
How do I best care for my artwork?
The storage conditions depend on the type of work you choose. You can always contact us to clarify this issue. Regardless of what You have purchased, you should avoid exposure to high humidity, direct sunlight and high temperature fluctuations.

What payment methods does accept?
You can make an online payment on the website, or pick up by bank card or cash.
What is a pre-order?
You can pre-order products that are still in production, but will be available for delivery in the near future. To place a pre-order, you must follow the standard purchase procedure. We will contact you to discuss the delivery time of your pre-order.
How much do you charge for shipment?
The cost of transporting your order is calculated based on the individual order parameters and the delivery address.
Can I choose another shipment company?
We only work with logistics companies SDEK and DPD. We can entrust them with fragile and expensive art objects.

How do you handle customs fees for International orders?
There may be local duty and/or taxes payable on goods delivered internationally. Store is not responsible for paying these charges.
How is the return of goods and money?
The return procedure is regulated by Article 26.1 of the Federal Law "On Consumer Rights Protection". • You have the right to refuse the product at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer of the product - within seven days; • The return of goods of proper quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product are preserved.; • You do not have the right to refuse a product of proper quality, having individually defined properties, if the specified product can be used exclusively by the person purchasing it.; • If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must refund the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller's expenses for the delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, no later than ten days after the consumer submits the relevant claim.; • The funds transferred will be refunded to your bank account within 5-30 business days (the time depends on the Bank that issued your bank card).
