Sculpture as a flowing process, an action, a captured sensation. Is it a dance of one androgynous creature, a group of girls, or the internal movement of a soul? As often in Dashi’s works, we can recall something from the classics of fine art – for example, the dance of Matisse or the graces of Botticelli. This work is another attempt to convey the fourth dimension through fine art. As per tradition, the Dionysian principle here is given to woman, so the trembling and tenderness of the whole composition is combined with the irresistible, breathtaking freedom of movement.
